Hi everyone and welcome to the first of many articles chartering our preparation for (and hopefully) successful completion of the Three Peaks Challenge.

Over the coming months Sean, Chris and I will keep you up to date with our progress in training and tell you more about the charity we are supporting; Ward 34, Coventry and Warwickshire University Hospital.
