It's time to get serious

Sorry it's been a while, but now that the indulgence of Christmas is out of the way, it's time to get serious.
After a brief panic contemplating the logistics of our challenge, we've got our heads together and achieved a hell of a lot in the past few days.
We've sorted our transport (thanks Thrifty Car Rental for giving us a cracking deal), booked accommodation and made significant progress on the website and Virgin Money Giving page. By the time of my next blog we should be ready to officially unveil everything.
The three of us are training harder than ever. After a couple of weeks with injury, I'm back in the gym. I've also started running again, something I'm ashamed to say I haven't done for 15 years. As I feel that public shaming should hopefully provide me with sufficient motivation. I will be sharing my Strava activity via the 'Our journey so far' page of the website. Enjoy.
In my next blog, I will introduce the charity we are fundraising for and update you on our progress organising our attempt.
Never stop exploring.
